We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight directly to your doorstep, or by Southwest Air Cargo (recommended) to your nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines for faster and safer delivery.
To ensure the health and safety of your fish, we package all koi with pure oxygen and use cooling pads when necessary to maintain ideal temperature during transit.
📍 Note: Live fish shipments within California are taxed at the local San Jose, CA rate.
For all dry goods and equipment, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.
