Founded in 2014 by Yoshimichi Sakai and his son Motoharu Sakai, the farm carries deep roots from the legendary Sakai lineage, with Yoshimichi having spent decades as a master breeder at Sakai Fish Farm before establishing an independent family operation in Kawachi-Cho, Hiroshima.
